As two small girls who have subscribed to the Girl Power mantra for years (hello, we are the biggest Spice Girls fans ever), Beyonce’s new anthem would’ve already been on our favorites list by the song title alone. The Major Lazer sample, her infectious dancing, and this incredible performance at the Billboard Music awards just sealed the deal x10.

DAY 1: LOVE 1/10/11
We got some samples of the Harajuku Fragrances during Fashion’s Night Out 2010… from a fragrance truck no less. Mallory pushed her way to the front of the crowd and snagged them from Gwen Stefani herself.

We decided to put them to the test by wearing a different scent each day this week, and arranging our outfits according to how we interpret each fragrance.

Dancing to The Hotcakes’ “Lucky Girl”
Like I said… I couldn’t help it. Some dance moves I picked up from Erin Marsz, of The Hotcakes, herself. Some I picked up from Jacob, some from Mallory, and some from my childhood self.Disco hoodies, favorite vintage navy hats, prom dresses and stuff.
Excuse the quality. Photobooth was being a d-bag. Also, being pixelated is like the cool thing to be these days. Duh. It’s not that serious.
