We love a good customer service story here at Small Girls! Topshop sent this email last week, in which they offered free shipping as an apology for their site being down. So great to see a company acknowledging an inconvenience to their customers, and giving something back to appease the situation.
This one’s a bit better than RIM offering Blackberry users free games, for the service outage last week, which was sort of a disconnect given the demo of BBerry users.
By the way, that outfit the girl is wearing is mad cute. Puppies, shorts, and knee-highs thigh-highs* 4evr.
