Tortoise & Blonde: See & Be Heard
Fashion, bands, shows, parties, & downtown ny culture… that’s what Tortoise & Blonde Eyewear is all about, which is why we can’t be more excited to announce them as a new Small Girls client!
Tortoise & Blonde is a modern alternative to classic eyewear. Designed for functional versatility that expresses the Tortoise and Blonde in all of us. Made to appeal to a new generation of tastemakers. Void of ostentation. Grounded in craftmanship and details. Tortoise & Blonde affords the exploration of the duality that exists in all of us.

One Today. Another Tomorrow.
Having worked with bands such as The Static Jacks/Savoir Adore/Ra Ra Riot, and just returning from an amazing pop-up shop tour with Urban Outfitters, T&B hasn’t stopped going.
They’ve got some amazing things on their line up, such as powering Pearl and The Beard’s ‘Raise Your Glasses’ tour, more band & fashion collaborations, a new collection, and a site relaunch (coming soon)!
Follow their tumblr, facebook, and twitter to keep up with all the adventurous details (and all the stylish pretty people rocking their T&B’s).
We’re so excited to announce ReFashioner as a new Small Girls client!
Refashioner is a members only virtual consignment shop where fashion lovers can freely swap and grab both designer & vintage pieces that have been uploaded by the community. You can use the site to snag some haute couture, clear out your own closet, or do a bit of both.
Upload photos of your items for credit towards a ‘swap’ for another. The fashion police curate the pieces that get selected and put a price tag on them, so you know there won’t be any duds to rifle through and you’ll be getting the best deal possible.
We love fashion (and god knows Bianca has a crazy obsession over closets), but sometimes you gotta just edit down your wardrobe. Whether it’s an amazing designer piece that you somehow have buyers remorse over because you know you’ll never wear it, or something from the old pile you need to get rid of to make room for the new, we all need help letting go a bit.
“Since we get attached to our clothes, Refashioners can tell their garments’ stories, customize their own space, link with others whose style they like, and generally obsess about designers, details and dressing.”
So…
Lots of awesome new things in the works, as well. ;)
